Annual Halloween Competition – with a new twist!

For the last few years, Eken Park neighborhood and Emerson East neighborhood have battled it out in a Halloween decorating contest. This year, the battle is still on – but our goal is to see which neighborhood can collect the most food for Bashford Food Pantry! See details on how to participate below.
